Below are the legal documents managed by William Penn Plaza Townhouse Association. These documents are available to anyone interested in the creation of our Planned Community or our Covenants (Governing Rules).

From 1997 - 1999, the William Penn Plaza Townhouse Community was formed. Attached are the Declaration documents associated with the community rules established at the formation of the community and resulting association - WPPTA.
Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants regarding Leasing of Units
Our Association Board is responsible for abiding by and enforcing the requirements of the Planned Community.
The board meets quarterly and the Community has an annual open meeting where issues and current concerns may be shared. Homeowners can read our meeting minutes once they are approved by the board.
Commonly requested Forms are accessible to Homeowners, Realtors, Mortgage Companies & anyone needing them for their convenience.
